11 Modern Muses are responsible for your personal data and will be referred to as “we”, “us” or “our” in this confidentiality policy. Our company is registered with the Greek Commercial Registry under number 165861516000 (G.E.MI.). Our registered studio is situated at Konstantinoupoles 51, 26223 Patras, Greece. PRODUCT SHIPPING SECURITY
Our products are packed in special protective packaging to ensure that you receive them in perfect condition. In the event that you receive an order with a different package, the company does not assume responsibility for alteration. Please contact us so we can identify the alteration and replace your order. In the event that your order is not delivered and it is found to be the fault of the carrier, the company can deliver the order within five (5) working days without any charge to the customer. In case of force majeure (such as lockdown period, transport problems), the company does not assume responsibility for any delays or non-delivery of the products. Shipments and deliveries are made to the address you entered and it is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping details. The company does not assume responsibility for non-delivery of products to wrongly registered details. If the order is returned to the sender because you did not receive it or because the transport company (courier) failed to complete the delivery, you bear the costs of reshipment.
 
COPYRIGHT
The intellectual content of our online store (such as photos, texts and logos) is the intellectual property of the company and is protected in accordance with Law 2121/1993 "on the protection of intellectual property and related rights" with the reservation of any right not expressly granted here. You are welcome to share and use all photos on our website and social media and please note that is necessary to credit us (@11modernmuses) or the original source. (Any reproduction and redistribution of the above without the permission of the company is prohibited.)  

 

YOUR PERSONAL DATA

11 Modern Muses, respecting the importance of the correct collection, preservation, processing and storage of the personal data of its customers as well as visitors to its online store, expressly declares that it observes all the necessary measures to protect natural persons against data processing of a personal nature, in compliance with what is defined in European Regulation no. 2016/679, as it was incorporated into our national law and is still valid today.
We are committed to keeping your personal data safe and secure. The customer is not obliged to disclose any kind of personal data, but in this case, he may not be able to buy the products he wants from our online store and live the greatest possible consumer experience offered by our company. But as long as one chooses it, it becomes completely respected.
 In order to place an order on our website, create a customer account, contact us or subscribe to our newsletter and other marketing activities, in general you provide us with the following data:

• Your identity and contact details: your first name, surname, the language in which and country from which you are contacting us, as well as your email address, postal address, delivery address and telephone number.
• Bank and payment details: your bank details (please note that all payment transactions are encrypted by the receiving bank. We do not store card numbers), information about your purchases, orders, returns etc.
• Log-in, geolocation and browsing data
• Your profile - if you open a customer account, you create a profile and log in each time you visit our website. In this case, data, including your customer username and password, recent purchases or preferences, will be saved.
• Additional personal data: You may also provide us with other personal information such as your date of birth, gender etc. We alone collect and store this additional data and use it in our analyses to improve our services.

When we ask you to enter your personal data to access a feature, certain fields are mandatory as we require this data in order to grant you access to this feature (e.g. to deliver a parcel we need your postal address). It is important that the personal data shared about you is correct and kept up-to-date. Please inform us of any change in such details. We do not store any sensitive personal data and, as our website is not intended for children, we do not store any data regarding children. 

 

STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

11 Modern Muses expressly states that it keeps the personal data that its customers/users have disclosed and only for as long as the latter keep their account active or for as long as it is deemed necessary to offer you, our services. To the extent deemed reasonably necessary, in compliance of our company with the obligations and requirements arising from the law, either for the resolution of disputes, or for the prevention and detection of criminal actions, our company is entitled to keep your personal data stored, even if you have deactivated your account or it is no longer necessary for us to provide you with our services.

In the context of your use of our website, you may receive information from third parties with which we work, offering you certain services as logistical, transport and delivery services. We may share your personal data with our third parties for the following reasons, for example:

• Payment services in order to complete payments;
• Delivery companies to deliver your order;
• Credit and fraud prevention agencies to carry out a credit check and confirm your identity;
• Analysis software which allows us to process your data in order to optimise your purchase experience on our website.

If you created an account, you chose a password. You are responsible for keeping this password confidential. That is why we recommend choosing an effective password and not sharing it. We recommend that you only log in using secure networks, preferably private networks. Be aware of the risks of using public Wi-Fi networks. If you receive an email claiming to be from the brand for which we work asking you to provide personal details, please do not reply. Forward the email to us so we can take the necessary measures.

Provided that we have received your express consent, through your subscription to our newsletter, we have the possibility to send you, at regular intervals, messages of promotional/advertising content, by electronic mail (email), in order to keep you informed about the news and the offers of our business. You of course have the option, at any time you decide, to stop receiving promotional/advertising messages from 11 Modern Muses either by clicking the unsubscribe link which you will find in every email you receive from our company, or by contacting us at 11modernmuses@gmail.com,  telling us that you no longer wish to receive such messages.
