All the infos you need about the delivery are sent to you via email. The order will be prepared here in Patras (Greece), packed precautiously and the parcel will generally be send out within 1-5 working days. (depending on the availability). You'll receive an email at the time the parcel is shipped allowing you to track the delivery online.
**Artprints: please note we print all our ordered prints on demand. Therefore please take in consideration that it will take approx 3-5 working days before your print is ready to ship. Your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, when you fill in your delivery country. If an out of stock item for any reason has not been updated you will be contacted through email or phone ASAP.
The orders are dispatched from our Greek artshop in the next 1-5 days. No orders are dispatched on
weekends or Bank Holidays. For European orders it may take 7 to 10 business days. This is in addition to the shipping time.

In case the carrier does not succeed in delivering the item to you because you weren't at home, please try reaching the carrier via email and/or telephone. If this is not solving the problem please contact us at 11modernmuses@gmail.com and we’ll help you. If the carrier eventually ships the item back to us, and you still want it, you'll have to pay for the shipping costs. Otherwise we'll refund the full amount without the original shipment costs.
You may pay using your Credit card or your Paypal account. For the Greek citizens the bank transfer (National Bank of Greece Account) is also a payment option.
Next to regular shipping we also offer the possibility to pick up your order at our experience artshop & design studio based in Patras which will be opening soon. If you want to do so you can select "pick up at our Artshop" at checkout. When you select this option we will email you the time options for your pick up.
